The Scarab vs. Inzite - Unity of Earth 2002 (12" Vinyl)

Reviews (trance.nu): The most innovative remix of the three featured on the release. Tb0 & Vega have ditched the original sounds and gone with their very own build-up, a trancier and more spot-on one, almost halfway to Push’s style, just a bit deeper and catchier. You can clearly hear the repeating lead of the original production come up between the pitched-up trancy waves of Tb0 & Vega. And it doesn’t take too long before it emerges into what it is in the Original but with the fine touch of the remix-duo. And not only did they ditch the original build-up and sounds, they thought their remix would be better off without the what will soon be called “Unity of Earth twirl”, so they left it out and went with their own vibrating interpretation. Two thumbs up!

Reviews (Raveline): Der Remix-Aufruf für die Nummer von Giorgio Ponticelli hat Unmengen von verschiedenen Styles und Remixes zu Tage gefördert. Hier haben wir die vier Gewinner, die von sich verspielt und unvorhersehbar bis dunkel und wummernd erstrecken. Am besten hat der Electrosmog Remix das Original interpretiert. Leichte und eingängige Hooks, ein satter Beat und ein animierendes Tempo machen ihn einfach liebenswert. Dazu kommen noch die leicht ruppige Variante von TBO & Vega, der straighte Mark Novice Mix und die dunkle Variante von Dekoeper. Fein! - (5 von 6 Sterne)

Review (English): The remix-competition to Giorgio Ponticelli's Track resulted in an enormous amount of different styles and mixes. The four winning mixes vary from easy and unpredictable to dark and stomping. The Electrosmog remix did the best interpretion of the original. Easy hooks, a strong beat and a nice tempo make it sound lovely. This vinyl also contains a slightly rough version by TbO&Vega, a straight remix by Mark Novice and a dark variant by Dekoeper. Fine! - (5 out of 6 Stars)

Alle verwendeten Sounds haben dieses südliche Flair Africas an sich, dass sich selbst in den Melodiezügen wiederspiegelt. Der Co-Produzent für diesen Trip nach Africa kommt - wie sollte es anders sein - ebenfalls aus Africa. Schade nur das die Remixe auf der B-Side keine großartige Abwechslung bringen. - (5 von 6 Sterne) Review (english): For sure it was DJ Session One's last holiday trip that inspirated him on this Release. All used sounds transport a south african flair that event reflects in the melody hooks. The Co-Producer of this track has his origin in africa. Das spielt bei dieser Platte allerdings keine Rolle. Sphärische Klänge, fette Arpeggiogewitter und Samples vom ersten bemannten Weltraumflug mit Juri Gagarin geben hierbei eine Feiergarantie zum Abheben! - (6 von 6 Sterne) Review (english): A trance-act of a special kind comes here with a real grenade! These two producers compose their tracks through the intern where they met years ago. They haven't met personally yet but that doesn't count for this record.
